Botanix Lab needs no introduction as it's everywhere. This is the final testnet before mainnet launch, which is expected in Q1 2025. Let's dive into the detailed steps for completing the basic tasks:
Step 1: Claim Testnet Tokens from Faucet
Visit the official faucet: https://faucet.botanixlabs.dev/
Click "Sign In With Discord" - authorize - enter your wallet address - click "Get your funds". If it fails, try multiple times. It may take a few minutes to receive tokens.
If you see "Captcha verification failed", visit: https://app.bitperp.io/, click Faucet in the top right corner, complete the captcha verification to receive tokens.
Step 2: Token Swap
Visit: https://bitzy-testnet.vercel.app/swap
Enter any amount of BTC (less than what you received) in the BTC field, and it will automatically match the USDT amount. Click swap to execute.
Step 3: SWAP Operations
Visit: https://circuit.palladiumlabs.org/wbtc
Connect wallet in the top right - click "Get WBTC" to receive tokens.
Click "Mint PUSD" in the left menu - enter any amount of WBTC - enter PUSD value greater than 100 - click APPROVE
Then click "Stake PUSD" in the left menu - enter any amount - click APPROVE.
Step 4: Lending & Borrowing
Visit: https://dev.app.spindlefinance.xyz/
Connect wallet - click MINT in main menu - claim tokens using both buttons shown below:
Click LEND in top menu - select rovBTC - enter any value - click APPROVE.
Click BORROW in top menu - select rovBTC - enter any value - click BORROW.
Step 5: Staking
Visit: https://testnet.roverstaking.com/
Connect wallet - click the large STAKE NOW button - stake any amount to confirm.
Step 6: Social Engagement
Visit: https://botanix.slogain.gg/
Login with wallet to receive 200bp reward. Select Post Slogain in bottom left, write any English signature, and publish.
Note: During testing, wallet connection was inconsistent. If you encounter issues, you may skip this step rather than waste time troubleshooting.
Step 7: Complete Intract Quests
Visit: https://quest.intract.io/project/botanix-labs-5uB6fD
You'll see two quests as shown below. Open each and complete them. Most tasks have been covered in previous steps - just click verify. Complete any remaining simple tasks. Completing both quests rewards you with an NFT.
After completing these basic tasks, you can optionally:
